Legal agreement governing your use of PromptFence

By accessing or using PromptFence (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
PromptFence provides AI security monitoring through browser extensions that:
The Service is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each team member receives a unique user token to activate the browser extension. You are responsible for protecting these tokens and must not share them with unauthorized parties.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
PromptFence uses user-based pricing. A user is any team member who has been invited and activated their account. Current pricing is:
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance based on users. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
If your user count changes, your subscription will be automatically adjusted.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your Service access until payment is received. After 14 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Event logs and audit data will be retained according to our Data Retention Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
PromptFence logs event data based on your organization's configured settings:
Administrators control whether full prompt content is logged or only metadata is captured.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by PromptFence and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Technical support is provided via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptFence from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account owner. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
